HOW TO USE : Whenever you feel the need to give your mind a kickstart, grab a sachet of I am Focused and pour into a vessel of your choosing. Heat 180ml of plant milk or water. Add two tablespoons to your cup, whisk to create a smooth paste, and top up with the remaining liquid. Alternatively, add to your morning coffee for double trouble. Try this as a warm hot chocolate or mocha. Equally as good served with ice, make the paste first though and top up with cold milk, then pour over ice.
