Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

UK Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

At checkout, you can choose between:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch

A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

International shipping is now available.

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Which aims to be delivered within:

Europe - 3-5 Business Days

Rest of World - 6-7 Business Days

Customers are responsible for all customs and import fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Bradley Mountain Perfumes and Under Aurora Botanical Body Spritz can NOT be shipped internationally.

Returns & Exchange

We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For hygiene reasons, body and scent products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’ll do our best to make the process as easy and smooth as possible.

Damaged & Faulty goods

We take great care when packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
